SHIPPING TYPES
It is essential for us that you receive the product as soon as possible, which is why we work with CTT to manage shipments.

STANDARD SHIPPING

The delivery time for STANDARD SHIPPING is 24 - 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays.

The shipping price in Spain is as follows:

Orders from €50 PENINSULA : All orders destined for the Iberian Peninsula will be FREE.
Orders under €50 PENINSULA : All orders whose destination is within the Iberian Peninsula and that have an amount less than €50, will have an associated shipping cost of €4.95 + VAT.
Orders to the ISLANDS : For all orders to the Balearic Islands, you must first contact Mr Shisha via email at info@mrshisha.es .

GENERAL ASPECTS OF SHIPMENTS

This period may be extended during holidays or the eve of the event. In any case, we will not be held responsible for any delay in the order if this delay is caused by reasons beyond our control. We will be liable in the event of breakage or loss of the package by the transport agency.

You can check the status of your order at any time from the CTT customer area or by contacting us through the usual channels.

As these are delicate products, we pay special attention to the packaging so that you receive the product in the best condition at your home or business. If upon receiving the products, any of them are not in perfect condition, we will resend them to you at no cost to you.
