RETURNS
The customer must inspect the products as soon as possible within 48 hours after delivery of the order, and, if any defect in the products is observed or if any other incident related to the delivery occurs, including incomplete, incorrect or non-delivery of one or more products contained in the order, he/she must notify it in the most detailed manner to the email address info@mrshisha.es.
If the Customer does not make such notification within 48 hours of receipt of the order, it shall be definitively assumed that the products are, in all respects, in accordance with the contract and free from any defects that would be apparent on reasonable examination, and consequently, the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the products.
The customer must reject packages that are delivered damaged or that show signs of having been damaged during transport. Under no circumstances will Mr Shisha be responsible for a package that shows damage of any kind and has been accepted by the customer.
You may request a partial or total refund of your order within the following 30 calendar days of receiving it without any additional charge, as long as the product has not been opened and is in the same condition as when it was delivered. To request a refund, please contact us at info@mrshisha.es indicating the order number for which you wish to return the product.
INCIDENTS
If during shipping there is any type of incident such as breakage or loss, do not worry, we will replace the package at no cost so that you receive it as soon as possible or we will refund the amount of the damaged/lost/unreceived product.
If the customer makes any mistake when indicating the delivery address during the payment process, such as indicating an incorrect postal code, the customer must assume the costs of reshipping or resending from the incorrect address to the correct address.
Although this does not usually happen as ALL our shipments are normally delivered within 24/72 hours from when they leave our warehouse, in some periods there may be delays in deliveries due to the high volume of packages from the transport agencies. A shipment will be considered delayed when 7 days have passed since the shipment left our warehouse and it has not yet been delivered.
In this case, our company reserves the right to replace the merchandise or pay the corresponding amount.
